Raymond L. Vallee Jr. - President of Combined Benefits United, Inc.

Raymond L. Vallee Jr. is the President of Combined Benefits United, Inc. and is a graduate of Hall Dale High School and attended Merrimack College.

Ray started in the insurance business in January of 1984 with Prudential Insurance Company as a Debit Agent. While at Prudential, Ray, he was a NEMO Rookie and Sophomore of the Year Contender, won a number of company distinguished awards along with an Academy of Honor.  Ray was part of an office that finished as the 4th highest producing staff in the country, right here in central Maine.

Ray became Employee Benefits Coordinator for a large PEO located in Lewiston, Maine insuring over 1400 employees with a comprehensive employee benefits program. Ray developed a strong relationship with many nationally known carriers which began a segue into insurance marketing.

Ray founded Combined Benefits United Inc, aka CBU, in 2000 as a local marketing company representing a short list of insurance carriers. In the past 10 years CBU has grown to represent over 50 insurance carriers, doing business in 35 states with over 3000 contracted insurance professionals across the country. During his time, Ray has become recognized on a national level for his commitment to detail and providing top investment products to agents and consumers alike. With increasing record sales annually, CBU has become a major player on a national level which has led to tremendous recognition across the country. Ray has attended multiple annual reward conventions and says he owes all of his success to the talented people around him.

Ray resides in Hallowell Maine with his wife, Karen, and is a member of the local KVYMCA. He has been a Board Member of the Augusta Little League and Augusta Babe Ruth League, along with having coached at the Jr. Varsity and Varsity Levels at Cony High School. Ray is a multiple time winner of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table and a current member of the National Association of Fixed Annuities. Ray says, “The past three years have been the most enjoyable time of my life, having the ability to help people is the greatest joy in the world to me.” 

Jac M. Arbour - Manager of Life and Annuity Division, Combined Benefits United, Inc.

Jac M. Arbour is Vice President of Combined Benefits United Inc, a financial services firm based out of Hallowell, ME. Combined Benefits United Inc has been proudly serving the state of Maine for the past eleven years and operates on a national basis.

Jac Arbour is a native of Maine. He graduated from Cony High School and then furthered his education, graduating from Bowdoin College in May of 2007. Jac has a personality that naturally meshes well with whomever it is he meets. He is an individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about his career and strives only for the highest level of success. Jac’s integrity and his no pressure approach have given Jac the opportunity to work with many clients in the areas of investing, estate planning, and life insurance.

Brian P. Heath - Manager of Worksite Division, Combined Benefits United, Inc.

Brian P. Heath is a native of Maine and a graduate of Cony High School. He has been an active member in the community with the Augusta Kiwanis Chapter, Hope Group in Hallowell,and is co-founder of the Augusta's KVBC Networking Group. Brian was also a former varsity basketball coach for the Oak Grove Coburn School as well as at Cony High School. Recently he has been involved in coaching youth softball at the CAYSA level.As a member of the Cynergy Mentoring program, Brian works regularly with students at the local High School to expand their horizons and provide them a link to the world of Business.

For thirty years Brian has worked as a sales consultant with Business Owners throughout Maine. Having come from a Major Account Rep position in the Business Equipment industry, he is now a Licensed Insurance producer, specializing in Employee Benefits. Brian brings his consultative approach and years of experience with doing business in Maine to Combined Benefits United Inc, as its Manager of the Worksite Division. With his two daughters 14 & 16, Brian has lived in Hallowell for 20 years. From schoolwork to family excursions, nights and weekend priorities revolve around them. When there's time otherwise, it's hoop with friends, hanging with friends or just making new friends.

Kevin Frisbie - Manager of Senior Division, Combined Benefits United, Inc.

Kevin Frisbie is a Managing Partner and retirement specialist at Combined Benefits United, Inc. a financial services firm based out of Hallowell, Maine. Combined Benefits United Inc has been proudly serving the state of Maine for the past 20 years and has recently extended their services throughout New England and other parts of the country.

Kevin is a native of Maine who resides in Lewiston with his wife and son. He is an active community member, volunteering time to the Elliot Avenue Little League. Kevin and his family

 are big supporters to the Head Start Christmas Gift Program. Kevin, also through a business relationship, has been an active member of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, and a local Business Networking group.

Doreen Cote - Office Manager, Combined Benefits United Inc. 

Doreen Cote has been with CBU since 2009, and she brings years of experience to CBU by providing much assistance to agents, clients, and insurance carriers.  In her capacity as Office Manager, Doreen oversees all administrative functions for the office, staff members, associates and clients of CBU.  She updates and maintains all databases, manages the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, maintains the corporate calendar, and functions as the major communications link among all associates. 
Doreen started working in  Human Resources in 1994 and has gained much knowledge in payroll, benefits, workers comp, training, etc.  She also worked as the  Human Resources Specialist for a large organization located in Lewiston Maine in 2001 for over 400 employees.  For seventeen years Doreen has proven success in the management arena.  Her attention to detail and ability to listen to employees and client objectives and goals, are apparent in her everyday business dealings. 

Doreen  is a native of Lewiston, Maine. She graduated from Lewiston High School in 1983 and received her associates degree in Business Administration at Andover College in 2010.  She resides in Monmouth with her two sons Matt and Tyler. Doreen has been a member of the Advisory Council of Workmed in Lewiston, ME and on the Board of Directors of Monmouth Youth Football League.
